Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the affiliate software (“Software”) provided by m30 Technologies Limited (formerly Diga App Technologies Limited) (“Company”) to its users (“Affiliate”).

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Software, Affiliate agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If Affiliate does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Affiliate should immediately cease all use of the Software.

License

Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for the purpose of promoting the products and services of Company and its partners. Affiliate may not use the Software for any other purpose.

Fees and Payments

Affiliate will be paid a commission for each sale made through Affiliate’s unique referral link. The commission rate will be determined by Company and may be changed at any time. Affiliate will receive payments on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold set by Company.

Restrictions

Affiliate may not use the Software in any way that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. Affiliate may not engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the Software or the Company’s business.

Intellectual Property

Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Affiliate may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Software, including but not limited to its merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Affiliate must immediately cease all use of the Software.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Lagos State, Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the Software.
